The Belief

## “My work isn’t about cameras or technology. It’s about people.”

It’s about listening before speaking. Creating before consuming. Teaching instead
of gatekeeping. Leading with kindness. Because every meaningful story begins with
trust — and every great story begins with a first frame.

For more than fifteen years I’ve worked in nearly every role behind the camera.
Psychology came first; it still shapes every frame. The question I keep asking is
simple: _why do we do what we do?_
